Never Step Off Your Bike Again

Learn to ride up and over obstacles in the trail - never step off your bike again to carry it over a rock or log. As mountain bikers, most trails have some sort of obstruction on the trail, and this video will teach you everything you need to know about riding up and over them safely and in control. Using the unweighting technique, we can learn how to lift our front and back wheels off the ground.

This is an easy skill to practice on flat ground, and then you can adapt it to larger and larger obstacles as you gain confidence. I learned this skill the exact same way, using curbs and a stack of pallets to slowly build up the skill.
