Day 7: Skills Challenge

Today's drill is called "wheelbase" and it's a way of practicing to stay in control on your back wheel for an entire bike-length. We'll use the unweighting technique to lift our front wheel off the ground, and then sink down over the back of the bike to hold the wheel in place while you roll. This drill will help you when it comes to bunnyhops, manuals and drop offs. This is the safest and easiest way to practice the technique and build up your confidence.
